Our Homes
Offer privacy, space, and staffing levels that are specifically tailored towards assisting young people in realising their potential despite obstacles. Gateway Support homes offer warm, supportive surroundings (e.g. 1:1, 2:1 if needed for a time).
All accommodation is well maintained, quality assured and fully equipped including new white goods with each new admission.

How We Help Young People
Support
Provided
We provide appropriate accommodation and support services that offer young people day to day support and training. This helps achieve positive results whilst assuring continuity and commitment to young people in our care maximising their potential.
Out of Hours
Service
We provide local, 24/7 ‘on-call’ emergency response services staffed by managers. We can respond quickly to service needs and are very experienced in working closely with Emergency Duty Teams allowing for emergency/short notice admissions.
Smooth
Transitions
Our teams are skilled and experienced in making the transition smooth for young people who are admitted from secure environments, placement breakdowns in other provisions, or when emergency safeguarding or need to relocate, situations are required.
Education
& Training
We believe in & relate to young people, focusing on offering support, safeguarding & helping them to raise their aspirations & life goals. Increasing their skills, confidence and self-esteem by providing them with a positive network of support and links into their community.

Multi Cultural
Service
Gateway Support offer a multi cultural service for young people from all backgrounds, faiths and cultures. We employ staff which are bilingual and of different backgrounds and faiths. This allows for us to diversify the support the young people in our care receive.
Food & Clothing
Bank
Gateway Support operates our own food and clothing bank to help young people who may struggle with some basic essentials. We donate and accept donations in the form of, clothing, food, sanitary products and other daily essentials.
Quality Assurance
Gateway Support is committed in providing a quality service for all the young people whom we work with. We ensure a standard of practice is upheld throughout our services.

Regular Home Visits
Quality is assessed and maintained via regular home visits (announced and unannounced) carried out by managers and our Compliance Officers.
We Listen
We listen to young people and capture their views and preferences. We also listen to and gain feedback from our staff.
Multi-Agency Partnerships
​We recognise that collaborative working is crucial for the best support and outcomes for young people and therefore foster multi-agency partnerships to manage risks and safeguarding and to support positive outcomes.
Surveys
Our surveys gather valuable feedback from young people, family members and professionals and we adopt a “we listen, we do” approach to continually improve our service.
